NANOTECHNOLOGY
Two scientists who are exponents in nanotechnology in USA have visited us & a seminar has been organised with the participation of eminent scientists from West Bengal.A research project for funding has been granted by DST for our DNL centre.The project is intended to develop sensors.
Prof. Prajit Ghosh was invited to attened an international conference on "India R&D 2008:Nanotechnology-The Science of Future" organised by FICCI & DST-GOI at Federation House,New Delhi on 5th of September 2008.
Prof. C.N.R. Rao, a great scientist & scientific adviser is extremely kind to take personal interest so that the industry-institute partnership grows through our Nanotechnology initiative. From our side the process has been started already.
