Advanced VLSI Design Laboratory
The laboratory has been developed with an objective to carry our research and training programs for the students and faculty members of this institute in the broad areas of VLSI design . The infrastructural facilities of the laboratory include 1 IBM xeon server and 19 terminals. In addition , the laboratory possesses several industry standerd VLSI CAD tools like Cadence , Xilinx with sufficient number of licenses. The practical classes corresponding to WBUT syllabus are conducted within the lab.In due course of time,specialized short -term courses in the area of VLSI design with hands-on-experience on CAD tools will be offered to students and faculties of other institute.
